Roche invests 4.5 Million in High-Tech production systems
On Monday 20, June 2011 M&R Automation GmbH, of Grambach near Graz, and Roche Diagnostics AG agreed a contract with a total sales volume of approximately Euro 4.5 million.
M&R Automation will supply Roche Diagnostics with high-tech manufacturing lines for a variety of medical devices. Herbert Ritter (Ing.), managing director of the approximately 200 employee manufacturing automation supplier M&R Automation GmbH, expressed his satisfaction: “For us this is the largest order in the medical devices sector in the history of the company! Our sales team, lead by Norbert Kahr (Prok. Ing.), has once again proven their world renowned expertise in the area of production facilities for medical devices.” Future oriented innovation as well as a high level of expertise in implementation of individual customer requirements have made M&R Automation GmbH into a global leading supplier of production and assembly systems as well as measurement and testing equipment. Key jobs as well as value added for Styria have been secured in gaining this large order.
