The increasing quantity of product permutations, simultaneously accompanied by short production lead times, demands flexible and easily adaptable solutions for production machinery. This requirement can only be matched by skilful use of robot systems and the integration of all necessary processing procedures, to create a seamless production process from start to finish.

These processing procedures include (among other things) pipe-machining and work-ing units, for the production of re-shaped components for ends, the fully automatic bending of tubes, the cutting of ends, and other product-specific machines.

Additionally the production lines are equipped with 100% in-line quality controls; here also, M&R’s existing core competences serve as the basis for economically competitive solutions. The production lines of M&R Automation GmbH range from sim-ple welding devices to fully automated robot lines with integrated processing proce-dures, testing devices for the monitoring quality and a component-related recording of process data.
